By downloading or using any application published by ZW Studio LLC ("ZW Studio," "we," "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use our apps or website.

Our apps are tools for personal organization and workflow support only. Nothing in our apps or website constitutes financial, investment, tax, immigration, legal, medical, nutritional, dietary, or other professional advice.
BenefitTrove is a manual organizational and informational tool. It is not a bank, lender, card issuer, payment network, rewards program, financial-data aggregator, travel agency, or financial adviser, and ZW Studio LLC is not affiliated with or endorsed by any card issuer, airline, hotel, or transfer partner shown in the app.
Card benefits, statement credits, earning rates, spending caps, enrollment requirements, annual fees, point values, transfer ratios, transfer bonuses, merchant-category coding, eligibility, and targeted offers can change or vary by account. Although we regularly check our catalog and review detected changes, we do not guarantee that any listing, ranking, valuation, timestamp, or alert is complete, current, available to you, or accurate. Best Card results are estimates based on catalog rules and point values and do not verify how a merchant or issuer will code a particular transaction. Always verify important terms, eligibility, deadlines, and account-specific offers directly with the issuer or program before acting.
You are responsible for the benefit-usage amounts and other inputs you record. BenefitTrove does not read or verify your transactions. Points or miles transfers may be delayed or irreversible and award availability may change; do not initiate a transfer based only on the app. Local reminders and remote alerts are convenience features. Delivery depends on device settings, notification permissions, network conditions, and Apple and Google services, and is not guaranteed to arrive before a deadline or at all.
Myredient surfaces regulatory data, allergen tags, AI-generated ingredient analysis, and AI-generated answers to follow-up questions you ask about a scanned product. This information is provided for informational purposes only and is not medical, nutritional, or dietary advice. Follow-up answers are general information generated by an AI model and may be incomplete or inaccurate; they are not a professional, medical, or regulatory determination, even when a question concerns infants, children, pregnancy, allergies, or a medical condition. Do not rely on Myredient to manage allergies, intolerances, or any health condition — always read the manufacturer's product label and consult a qualified healthcare professional. ZW Studio LLC is not responsible for any adverse health outcome resulting from reliance on app output, including incomplete or inaccurate data returned by AI services or third-party food databases.
Loomday helps you track birthdays, anniversaries, and other dates and can schedule local reminders for them. Reminder delivery depends on your device, its settings, and the operating system — including notification permissions, focus and Do Not Disturb modes, low-power states, and the date and time configured on your device. ZW Studio LLC does not guarantee that any reminder will be delivered at a particular time, or at all, and is not responsible for any missed date, event, or other consequence resulting from a reminder that is delayed or not delivered. Loomday is a convenience tool and should not be relied upon as your sole means of remembering important dates.
Colorwild generates black-and-white coloring pages from the prompts you type, using an AI service (Google Gemini), and is intended to be used by a parent or guardian for personal, family use. You are responsible for the prompts you enter and must not request content that is unlawful, infringing, hateful, sexual, violent, or otherwise inappropriate for children; while the app applies content filtering, you should review each generated page before giving it to a child. AI-generated line art varies in style and quality and may be imperfect or may not match your request. Generated pages and the bundled ready-made pages are provided for personal, non-commercial coloring use.
Some app outputs depend on information or images provided by the user, on public third-party data sources (including card issuers, rewards programs, Open Food Facts, or USDA FoodData Central), or on AI services (such as Google Gemini). AI-generated analysis and answers may be inaccurate, outdated, or incomplete; third-party sources may contain missing or out-of-date entries. ZW Studio LLC is not responsible for errors, omissions, rejected application materials, missed benefits, financial or rewards decisions, or inaccuracies resulting from incorrect inputs, device limitations, user adjustments, stale or absent third-party data, or AI hallucination.
Some features require an in-app purchase. Depending on the app, this may be a one-time purchase — consumable (such as a single photo unlock in IDFrame, or Colorwild credit packs) or non-consumable (for example, a lifetime unlock, or Costfolio Pro) — or an auto-renewing subscription. BenefitTrove Pro is offered as monthly and annual auto-renewing subscriptions and includes unlimited wallet cards, custom point values, benefit-change alerts, and transfer-bonus alerts. Purchases are processed by the platform store — Apple's App Store on iOS, or Google Play on Android — and are governed by the platform store's own terms.
Payment is charged to your platform-store account when you confirm a purchase. If a free trial is offered in the purchase screen, you will not be charged during that trial period. Auto-renewing subscriptions renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date, and the store may charge the renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends. You can manage or cancel subscriptions, view receipts, and request refunds through your platform store account (Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on iOS, or your Google Play account on Android). Deleting an app does not cancel a subscription. ZW Studio LLC does not process refunds directly.
"Restore Purchase" queries your platform store account to confirm previous purchases. We do not receive or retain your store account details.
For apps obtained through Apple's App Store, these terms supplement Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. If an applicable platform term conflicts with these terms, the platform term controls to the extent of that conflict.
Your use of our apps is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Our apps use Google Analytics for Firebase and, except where stated in that policy, Google Ads to understand product usage and measure the effectiveness of advertising we run to promote them. This is limited to app-usage and standard device information and excludes the private content identified in the policy, such as BenefitTrove wallet and redemption data, financial records, photos, scans, receipts, and dietary profiles. Consent and opt-out choices vary by product and distribution region. BenefitTrove is currently offered only in the United States and enables its privacy-preserving analytics by default. All content, design, and code within our apps are the property of ZW Studio LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the app for personal purposes only.
Our apps are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the apps, catalog data, rankings, alerts, AI results, or third-party services will be error-free, complete, current, secure, or uninterrupted.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ZW Studio LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our apps.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our apps after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
