By downloading or using any application published by ZW Studio LLC ("ZW Studio," "we," "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use our apps or website.

Our apps are tools for personal organization and workflow support only. Nothing in our apps or website constitutes financial, investment, tax, immigration, legal, medical, nutritional, dietary, or other professional advice.
Myredient surfaces regulatory data, allergen tags, AI-generated ingredient analysis, and AI-generated answers to follow-up questions you ask about a scanned product. This information is provided for informational purposes only and is not medical, nutritional, or dietary advice. Follow-up answers are general information generated by an AI model and may be incomplete or inaccurate; they are not a professional, medical, or regulatory determination, even when a question concerns infants, children, pregnancy, allergies, or a medical condition. Do not rely on Myredient to manage allergies, intolerances, or any health condition — always read the manufacturer's product label and consult a qualified healthcare professional. ZW Studio LLC is not responsible for any adverse health outcome resulting from reliance on app output, including incomplete or inaccurate data returned by AI services or third-party food databases.
Loomday helps you track birthdays, anniversaries, and other dates and can schedule local reminders for them. Reminder delivery depends on your device, its settings, and the operating system — including notification permissions, focus and Do Not Disturb modes, low-power states, and the date and time configured on your device. ZW Studio LLC does not guarantee that any reminder will be delivered at a particular time, or at all, and is not responsible for any missed date, event, or other consequence resulting from a reminder that is delayed or not delivered. Loomday is a convenience tool and should not be relied upon as your sole means of remembering important dates.
Some app outputs depend on information or images provided by the user, on public third-party data sources (such as Open Food Facts or USDA FoodData Central), or on AI services (such as Google Gemini). AI-generated analysis and answers may be inaccurate, outdated, or incomplete; third-party databases may contain missing or out-of-date entries. ZW Studio LLC is not responsible for errors, omissions, rejected application materials, or inaccuracies resulting from incorrect inputs, device limitations, user adjustments, stale or absent third-party data, or AI hallucination.
Some features require an in-app purchase. Depending on the app, this may be a one-time purchase — consumable (such as a single photo unlock in IDFrame) or non-consumable (for example, a lifetime unlock, or Costfolio Pro) — or an auto-renewing subscription. Purchases are processed by the platform store — Apple's App Store on iOS, or Google Play on Android — and are governed by the platform store's own terms.
If a free trial is offered, you will not be charged during the trial period. You may cancel through your platform store at any time before the trial ends to avoid being billed. Auto-renewing subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. You can manage subscriptions, view receipts, and request refunds through your platform store account (Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on iOS, or your Google Play account on Android). ZW Studio LLC does not process refunds directly.
"Restore Purchase" queries your platform store account to confirm previous purchases. We do not receive or retain your store account details.
Your use of our apps is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Our apps use Google Analytics for Firebase and Google Ads to understand how the apps are used and to measure the effectiveness of advertising we run to promote them. This is limited to anonymous app-usage and standard device information and never includes the content you create in an app (such as your financial records, photos, scans, receipts, or dietary profile). Where required — including in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland — this measurement is subject to a consent choice shown in the app, which you can review or change at any time. See the Privacy Policy for full details, including your opt-out choices.
All content, design, and code within our apps are the property of ZW Studio LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the app for personal purposes only.
Our apps are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the apps will be error-free or uninterrupted.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ZW Studio LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our apps.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our apps after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
